Request Account Deletion

We respect your privacy and offer multiple options to request the deletion of your account and associated data. Please review the information below and choose the method that works best for you.

Important Information About Account Deletion

Once you request to delete your account, your data will be scheduled for deletion. However, we understand that you may change your mind. Here's what you need to know:

  • Restoration Period: You can restore your account within 90 days from the deletion request. During this period, your data is securely stored and not accessible to others.
  • Permanently Deleted After 90 Days: If no action is taken within 90 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  • This policy ensures you have enough time to reverse the decision if it was made in error, while adhering to data protection standards.

Option 1: Use the App Menu

  • Open the app and navigate to Profile > Delete Account.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to submit a deletion request.

Option 2: Fill Out the Contact Us Form

Visit our Contact Us page to submit a request for account deletion. Click the button below to proceed:

Option 3: Contact Us via Email

Send an email to hello@mozome.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your registered email address for verification purposes.

Note: Account deletion is a permanent action after the 90-day restoration period. Please ensure you have no further need for the account before proceeding.
